課程概述 |
本訓練計畫主旨在完成醫學系精神醫學之「準醫師訓練」，以期使醫學生成為能勝任臨床醫療工作之醫師，並熟習精神醫療專業必須具備的基本知識、技能、及態度，也為更進一步成為獨立自主之專業醫師打下基礎。 |

課程目標 |
經由一般教學活動、門診、病房、值班訓練以達成下列目標：
（一）瞭解醫師與病人的互動與關係，培養建立正向治療關係之能力。
（二）實際參與精神醫療臨床工作，學習辨別精神疾病症狀（特別著重於精神分裂症、情感性疾病、譫妄）、提出鑑別診斷、建立臨床推理架構、以及提供處置的知識和能力。
（三）了解精神醫療團隊治療之運作過程、整體性與連續性。
（四）藉由討論及文獻回顧，學習最新近之精神醫學知識。 |

課程要求 |
- 教學活動：包括每日之晨會、科內固定學術活動(包括週一學術演講、週三全科討論會等)、以及每週一次由CR帶領討論之實習醫師讀書會。死亡或重大傷害個案亦例行列入個案討論會。除可令學員從工作中學習及成長、人際關係及溝通技巧，並藉以培養專業素養。
- 門診初診接診：每週一至五上午，成人門診初診之接診。
- 急診隨診：跟隨急診照會學習，學習寫作照會記錄。
- 病房治療團隊參與：由各病房CR全權訂定之。
- 三樓日間復健中心病人評估：學習慢性復健病房個案之精神病理及功能評估，並向護理師及職能治療師了解病人之復健狀況及目標，於病房團隊會議中報告，並在病歷中紀錄相關評估結果。前後做三週記錄。病房團隊會議時間為每週三下午13:30-16:00，每位實習醫師應至少參與一次。
- Intern Seminar：每組實習醫師，於實習之最後一週週二16:00-17:00，於三西病房會議時進行Intern Seminar，原則上以同梯所有intern為一組。題目由實習醫師自訂之與精神醫學相關之主題，依其興趣為最優先考量。由CR督導進行。
- 三西病房活動
病房迴診會議：週二16:00-17:00，三東三西病房中間討論室。
團隊會議：依各組主治醫師團隊討論時間而定。團隊會議中，實習醫師需就自己照顧的個案提出鑑別診斷、病因分析（diagnostic formulation)，與後續評估與治療的方向，並由團隊的資深醫師督導。
- 三東病房活動
病房迴診會議：週二15:00-16:00，三東三西病房中間討論室。
團隊會議：依各組主治醫師團隊討論時間而定。團隊會議中，實習醫師需就自己照顧的個提出鑑別診斷、病因分析（diagnostic formulation），與後續評估與治療的方向，並由團隊的資深醫師督導。除可習得從系統制度觀點出發的臨床照護，亦可了解醫療品質、醫學倫理、醫事法規等議題。
- 可自由選擇參加之相關活動：
心理劇：週五09:40-12:00三樓日間復健中心。
參與並見習病房照會活動。
見習電痙攣治療。
見習團體心理治療。
見習兒童青少年精神醫學門診。 |
